Annual Action Plans

The vice presidents and deans will propose annual action plans by specifying, for each strategic initiative, activities to be undertaken in the upcoming year, the party responsible for the activity, and its cost. These will be approved by the president in consultation with the President's Advisory Council. Activities for the following year will be developed in light of what was accomplished in previous years and what was learned from our assessment efforts.
