Steps to Finding a JobStep 1: Check Job PostingsJobs are posted throughout the academic year as they become available. Job openings for the fall semester are posted a couple of weeks before school starts. Jobs are posted on the Online Job Board . Step 2: Contact the SupervisorThe job posting will list the hiring supervisor's name, office location, and phone number (or e-mail address). You should contact the supervisor to schedule an interview. We recommend that you take a current resume to your interview. Step 3: Go to the Human Resources OfficeOnce you have received verbal confirmation of your hiring from the supervisor, you will need to go to the Human Resources Office to fill out the appropriate employment paperwork. You must complete this step before you will be given access to enter your hours - or receive your paycheck! |
