Hands of Sodom is a new play and Utah original that tells the story of a Mormon lesbian named Jane who comes out as a high school senior. It's a personal show for the Westminster graduate who wrote it. It is a psychological drama and 'work-in-progress' that deals with what it is like to come out as lesbian in a Mormon culture. In two acts, Hands of Sodom examines the experience of being lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGTBTQ) in a religious culture and aims to awaken people's minds about the choices they make and the thoughts they have in relation to LGBTQs.
