Learn what you love

Because we put a premium on learning, you will have more opportunities for exploration and self-discovery at Westminster. During our May Term, students and professors follow their passion into intense one-month classes. Study dinosaurs, throw pottery, go abroad. It's a chance for you to learn what you love.

The options are endless

Are you a rock climber or basketball fanatic? Do you like hanging out in the cafeteria, playing foosball, or do you prefer a quiet bench by the creek to study? Do you love a good protest or prefer volunteering for Habitat for Humanity builds? Whether you're one or all of the above, you're bound to find someone on campus who loves collecting PEZ or playing Frisbee as much as you do.

Campus life

Take a walk around campus and you'll notice the shady, flowered walkways, stately Converse Hall and admire the view from the bridge over Emigration Creek. Walk inside the Residence Halls and you'll love the leather sofas. Or attend a concert in the new Vieve Gore Concert Hall and enjoy the acoustics. Exceptional facilities and state-of-the art technology are part of our commitment to educational excellence.

Ideal campus

Westminster straddles the best of two worlds: city living and mountain recreation. Campus is just 15 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, nestled in the eclectic Sugar House neighborhood with plenty of funky shops and restaurants. Yet, you'll be just 25 minutes from the nation's best powder skiing, snow boarding, hiking, and mountain biking. You couldn't dream up a more ideal college location.
