UCUR 2009 Student Application
Directions for submitting abstracts for 2009 UCUR:
Students should get their abstracts approved by their faculty mentors. Pay close attention to discipline-specific guidelines for abstracts and revise for clarity. For examples of abstracts, see the suggestions for abstracts link. If your research requires IRB (Institutional Review Board) approval, please be sure that you have completed all necessary steps at your institution.
Download the submission form (a Word 2003 document), complete the form, and email your approved abstract with the submission form to your institutional contact person (see the list below) no later than November 14, 2008.
No later than December 1, you will be informed about acceptance of your abstract. The schedule for the conference will be sent to all accepted students in January. There is a $35 registration fee for all participating students. Some institutions pay this fee for their students; see your institutional contact person for details.
