Westminster names new alumni leadership

The Westminster College Alumni Board recently announced new leadership for the upcoming year.

Tofi Ta'afua, an associate for Goldman Sachs, was named as chairman of the board, with Bethany Eller Matsumori, an independent public relations consultant as vice chairwoman and business owner Elvira Charles Nelson elected secretary.

The board also appointed five new members: Jake Breen, Julie Peck-Dabling, John Rech, Heather Smith and Silvia Thomas. They bring various experiences as Westminster graduates and workers in the private and public sectors. They join 15 existing members of the board to help connect graduates of the private school with educational, social and service opportunities.
