The Westminster College basketball teams could clinch both Frontier Conference titles this weekend.
For the Griffin men, it won't be so easy. No. 7 Westminster (9-2) faces Carroll College (7-3) tonight and Rocky Mountain College (7-3) on Saturday night in Salt Lake City. Rocky also plays tonight at Lewis-Clark State (4-7).
The Westminster women (10-0) have at least a three-game lead on the field and can clinch an outright championship by beating Carroll (3-7) tonight or Rocky (7-3) on Saturday. Carroll plays at L-C State (8-3) tonight.
The Griffin women are ranked No. 17 in the nation this week and the L-C Warriors are 25th.
The other four Frontier schools play Friday-Saturday games. Great Falls is home Friday against Montana Tech and Satureday against Montana Western, while MSU-Northern plays host to the same schools in reverse order. The MSU-Northern men's team is ranked No. 20 in NAIA Div. I this week.
