Why did you choose Westminster over other schools?
I tell everyone I know that the reason I chose Westminster was that the moment I walked on campus, I felt the magic. I knew that this was the place that was going to take my opinions, dreams, and life seriously. The rest is history.
What do you particularly like about your major?
Philosophy has taught me how to organize my thoughts – whether argument, story, or poem – in a strong, defended manner. Philosophy has taught me how to think through steps that most take for granted! Philosophy has made me understand things more thoroughly.
What do you plan to do after graduation?
Go to graduate school for an interdisciplinary degree; combining Music, Philosophy, and English.
How do you feel about your learning experiences at Westminster?
The learning community at Westminster is what makes this education sought after. The students and the faculty are fantastic.
What else would you like to share about your overall experience at Westminster?
My suggestion to any incoming student would be to never miss any opportunity – anywhere. Education is in all things.
