A Personal Trainer is a Fitness Professional who is hired for private instruction. All of our Personal Trainers are nationally certified and can help you achieve and maintain your fitness goals. Get professional assistance to improve the way you look and feel by increasing your cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility, endurance, posture, balance and coordination. The trainer will monitor your progress and fine-tune your program as you go, helping you work your way through plateaus and onto achieving your fitness goals!

As Personal Trainers at the Health, Wellness, and Athletic Center of Westminster College, we strive to set an example on campus and in the Center for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. We will help others reach and maintain their goals of physical and mental wellness through our enthusiastic, encouraging, and approachable attitudes. Providing excellent customer service is our main focus, while maintaining a fun, creative, and professional environment. Continuing education is a must, as we will constantly strive to gain and maintain knowledge in the fitness industry. This program is one that we are proud of, as we will make every effort to inspire and motivate our clients by continually raising the bar of excellence.

Packages and Pricing

Personal Training is sold in increments of 1, 6, 12, or 18 session packages with an increasing discount the more sessions you buy at once. Each session lasts for 1 hour.

Buddy Packages

Buddy Packages are available for members who wish to share their training session(s) with a partner or 'buddy'. The trainer will train both clients at the same time for the period of a regular one-hour session. Limit 2 participants. Both participants MUST be active members of the HWAC.

Felix is an international student from Germany, studying Global Politics and Development at Westminster. He enjoys Martial Arts as well as CrossFit, but his interests also include yoga, skiing, and all kinds of outdoor activities including hiking, biking, climbing and running.
