Girls Sports & Recreation Camp

June 18–21
Ages 6–14
8:00 am–noon

Afternoon sessions are available from noon–5:00 pm , for families who prefer full-day camp. The afternoon session is less programmed and includes movie time, arts and crafts, additional pool time, rock climbing, yoga, etc. Lunch is not included in the full-day camp, so campers staying the full day must bring their lunch.

Girls attending the Sports & Recreation Camp will have the opportunity to participate in a multitude of sports and recreational activities. The goal of the camp is to introduce girls to as many sports and recreational opportunities as possible. Possible activities include: volleyball, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, golf, rock climbing, aquatic activities, fitness fun, hip-hop, yoga, pickle ball, track and field, and martial arts. Participants will have an opportunity to try new sports and recreational activities, while learning or practicing skills in sports that they are already familiar with.

Girls Half-Day Basketball Camp and Half-Day Sports & Recreation Camp

June 25–28
Ages 9–14

Half-Day Basketball Camp, 9:00 am–noon (between noon and 12:30 pm )
Half-Day Sports & Recreation Camp, 1:00 pm–5:00 pm

Price after May 11: $320

Girls who sign up will participate in the basketball camp from 9 am–noon, and will break for lunch as a group. Lunch is not included in the full-day camp, so campers must bring their lunch. After lunch, girls will participate in other sports and recreation activities along with reading time, crafts, and movie time. Possible activities include: volleyball, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, golf, rock climbing, aquatic activities, fitness fun, hip-hop, yoga, pickle ball, track and field, and martial arts.

Boys Lacrosse: Griffin Post-Game Activities Camp

June 25–28

The Griffin “All Sports” Camp follows the Griffin “Juniors” Camp. This camp is for families that need/want a full-day camp. The Griffin “All Sports” Camp is run by the Fitness, Wellness, and Recreation Department and Athletic staff. Activities could include rock climbing, table tennis, sand volleyball, ultimate frisbee, soccer, kayaking (in the pool), inner tube water polo/free time in pool, yoga, and movie/snack time. Your child will come home tired from a fun, active day. Lunch is included in the cost of the afternoon camp.
