Paying for Tuition
Tuition, room and board, and other special fees are due in full on the first day of the given semester. If you're unable to make the full payment, you must sign up for a payment plan prior to the first day of the semester.
Westminster College accepts cash, check, electronic check, cashier's check, traveler's check, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. All credit card transactions will be charged a processing fee of 2.5%.
You can pay tuition online with an electronic check or accepted credit card through Self-Service using their Westminster login and password.
For electronic check (ACH) payments, you must provide the routing number, bank account number, and check number.
Pay in Person
To pay in person, visit the cashier's window in Bamberger Hall.
Pay by Phone
To pay with an accepted credit card by phone, call the cashier's window at 801.832.2135.
Pay by Mail
You can also pay tuition by mailing a check to:

Please note the student's name and student ID number with the payment so it can be applied to the account correctly.
For the convenience and safety of our international students, all international students are required to pay tuition, fees, room, and board through Flywire.
Refunds and Over Payments
Over payment of account balances is highly discouraged. If a payment is $3,000 or more over the amount billed for the semester, the over payment amount will be applied as a prepayment to the following term. Refunds may be given for amounts less than $3,000 once per term if requested in writing. No refunds will be given until after the semester add/drop date for the program.
