Carolyn loves hearing their future dreams and aspirations, and working to help to achieve them. Her favorite place on campus is the tables next to the library, where she can sit and enjoy reading a free copy of The New York Times. There are so many delicious places in to eat in Salt Lake, she could never choose just one! Right now she loves Mazza, Ruby Snap Cookies and Ichiban Sushi. In her free time she loves to take walks and explore the city. She enjoys playing tennis, cooking for friends and going to see movies.

Manny Villalobos, Assistant Director of Admissions
Born and raised in Utah, Manny graduated from Westminster in 2002. As an aviation admission counselor, he lives to fly. He enjoys taking prospective students out flying—seeing the look on their face, and all their fears, hopes and dreams coming out. The most rewarding part of his job is giving students a skill they’ll take with them forever. His favorite campus location is the Aviation Simulation & Testing Center. Aside from flying, Manny enjoys fishing, camping and playing basketball. The mountains are his favorite land location, because it’s an escape from the everyday norm. While in the air, he says it’s hard to pinpoint a favorite spot because it’s all so beautiful from above. As a self-proclaimed health nut, his favorite restaurants are Kneaders and Whole Foods. He also loves taking wheat grass shots.
Trevor is originally from Katy, Texas and graduated from Westminster with a B.S. in Psychology and was also a member of the college’s Honors Program. Trevor’s favorite spot on campus is Nunemaker Place, home of the Honors Program, where he can relax and read on the Lovesacs. Trevor enjoys spending time with friends, hitting the movies, and traveling. Trevor’s favorite local restaurant is either Sawadee, Bombay House, The Philadelphian, or Estee Pizza, depending on his mood and where he has traveled recently.
Kelly was born and graduated High School in Utah, but between that time had the opportunity to move to a few different states including California, Texas, and Arizona. She graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Marketing, and returned to Salt Lake City to be closer to her family and take advantage of the mountains. A strong believer in higher education, Kelly loves working in admissions because it is something she is passionate about. She shares as much excitement about starting college as her students do, and enjoys helping them through the admissions process. Her favorite place on campus is the bridge overlooking Emigration Creek because it is beautiful no matter the time of year. In her spare time, Kelly likes to ski at Solitude and Park City, attend live music shows at Urban Lounge, and travel. Her favorite restaurants in town, although they change often, are Sapa Sushi and Tony Caputo’s Deli.
Ashley is from Taylorsville, Utah and graduated from Westminster’s project-based Bachelor’s of Business Administration program in 2012. Ashley’s favorite spot on campus is the upstairs study area in Giovale Library with the big windows and comfortable chairs. She enjoys reading, hiking, taking photos, road tripping and chasing around her two sons. Her favorite places to eat in Salt Lake are My Thai and Tokai Sushi.
