Travel Reimbursement

Travel Reimbursement Policy

We're so confident that you'll love Westminster, we'll even help you pay for your trip! If you're traveling over 250 miles for one for our admission events (Department Days, Winter Weekend, Admitted Student Day, Transfer Open Houses, etc.) we'll reimburse you your travel expenses.

Once you attend an event you have the opportunity to fill out the Travel Reimbursement Application. You will receive a $250 travel reimbursement check in the mail within 2–3 weeks of your visit. One travel reimbursement will be awarded per student. Prospective first-year and transfer students are eligible.

How to Receive Your Travel Reimbursement

Sign up for a Westminster College Admissions Event  
Fill out a Travel Reimbursement Application
• Have the Travel Reimbursement Application approved by the Admissions Committee
• Your Travel Reimbursement check will be in the mail within 2–3 weeks post-visit
