Take a Griffin to Lunch matches alumni with students in their career field/major for a one-time meeting, usually over lunch. The program recruits alumni on an ongoing basis, however matching takes place once a year in February, giving pairs spring semester to plan a meeting date.
The Alumni Mentoring Program (AMP) provides positive one-on-one mentoring relationships between undergraduates and alumni in areas that focus on: academic, career exploration, and networking advising and development. Participants are partnered for eight months, beginning in September and ending in April. Alumni are asked to meet with their student for four hours a month.
The Career Resource Center provides students and alumni with the guidance and resources necessary to enhance their skills in career planning and exploration, and job search strategies.The Career Resource Center offers free services for alumni such as resume review and mock interviews.
