Housing application, forms, and $200.00 room deposit can be submitted online. Incomplete or altered forms will not be accepted.

  1. Westminster College Admittance Letter with username and password
  2. Immunization Records
  3. Credit Card to pay $200 Housing Deposit

Exemption Forms

If you feel you have a reason to not live on campus (living with family, financial, martial status, etc.) for your first and/or second year, please print the appropriate form below, complete it and send it to the Office of Residence Life. Please provide a letter of explanation describing why living off-campus will make you a more successful student and provide supporting documentation for your selected reasoning.

Exemption Criteria

First Year Student

Must be 18 or under.

Upper-class or Transfer Student

Must have two semesters of college or be 19 or older.
