Tuition and Registration

2014 May Term Tuition

The tuition charge per credit hour for May Term is $1,208 per hour.  Payment of full-time tuition (12+ credits) for Fall Semester 2013 earns two credit hours for May Term 2014.  Payment of full-time tuition (12+credits) for Spring Semester 2014 earns two credit hours for May Term 2014.  Students who have earned four hours for May Term can apply those toward an on-campus May Term class (either 2 or 4 credits) or a May Term Study Experience.  Travel and other non-tuition expenses related to May Term Study Experiences are billed separately.

Registration Information

Registration for 2014 MTSEs is now closed.

A $300.00 non-refundable fee is required to reserve your spot. This fee goes towards the total program costs and is non-refundable unless Westminster cancels the study experience.

To Register:

  1. Fill out the May Term Registration Form. Don't forget to SELECT the class you want to register for, and sign the form.  Registration for May Term Study Experiences begins at the May Term Fair on October 17, 2013 and continues until the MTSE is full or January 15, 2014, whichever comes first.  MTSE registration is first-come first-served and is not based on seniority. 
  2. Take the completed form to the faculty leader for approval and signature.
  3. Take the signed form to the Cashier's window and pay the $300 non-refundable deposit.  Remember that the Cashier does not accept Visa credit cards.
  4. Bring your completed registration form to the Diversity & International Center (Walker One).

Payment Schedule for all May Term Study Experiences:

  1. $300 deposit due before registering for the study experience (the deposit goes towards your total MTSE cost)
  2. 50% due by January 15, 2014
  3. Payment in full due by March 3, 2014 or date indicated on the MTSE syllabus
