At Westminster University, we believe our overall well-being—physical, psychological, social, emotional, and spiritual—determines our perspective on life. When we choose to prioritize our physical wellness, our overall well-being is automatically impacted in a positive light. The Fitness, Wellness, and Recreation Department emphasizes the development of physical wellness at the foundation of all programs and activities, yet transcends the physical by providing opportunities for connection with all aspects of total wellness.

We are committed to providing experiential opportunities for individuals to participate in regular physical activity, discover our unique ecological playground, and pursue an enhanced quality of life. Simply stated, the Fitness, Wellness, and Recreation Department is dedicated to making a positive difference in the health and well-being of our community of learners.
