 Shana Osterloh

Shana Osterloh is a new and exciting upcoming  lyric coloratura soprano. A native of Los Angeles, her vocal studies began at the age of thirteen with professors in the local area. Her love of music has taken her from coast to coast and to such countries as Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy. She has earned her BM and MM under the direction of Dr. Louise Toppin, and is currently pursuing her doctorate at the University of Utah under the direction of Ms. Julie Wright Costa.
She has most recently performed Pamina in Die Zauberflöte. Other roles have included Nedda in Leoncavallo’s Pagliacci, Giannetta in L'Elisir d'Amore, Barbarina in Mozart's Le nozze di Figaro, Tamiri in Mozart’s Il re pastore, and Semele in Handel’s Semele. She has also performed with several orchestras, including the AIM’s orchestra in Graz, Austria, and members of the North Carolina Symphony Orchestra.

Shana has taught applied voice at Westminster College since 2013.
