Past Productions of the Westminster Theatre Department

Westminster Theatre is alive and well with a wide variety of productions each year for everyone to enjoy. The Westminster Players was founded in 1984 by Jay W. Lees, since then the theatre program has continued to grow and flourish. With our wonderful new performing arts building, the Westminster Players perform at least four different productions every year that take place in the Jay W. Lees Courage Theatre or Dumke Student Theatre. These shows are directed by our artistic director, Dr. Michael Vought, as well as other prestigious directors from the Salt Lake community such as Ron Frederickson and Richard Scharine. Our shows range from Musical Comedies to Historical Dramas, and even include One-Acts directed by our very own Westminster students.

Not only do we want you to enjoy our current productions, but by clicking on the links to the left, you can enjoy some photos of productions we have performed in the past. Our repertoire includes Lend Me a Tenor, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Into the Woods, and many more. Take a moment to enjoy our archive collection (on the left) and we hope to see you at future productions!
