Tuition Refunds

If you drop a class after the last day to add and drop classes, you will be issued a refund based on the following dates of drop. Dropping classes can have an impact on financial aid as well as tuition charges.

Room and board will be pro-rated on an individual basis determined by the date you check out of the dorms and your usage of a meal plan.

Tuition charges and refunds are determined as of the date add/drop or withdrawal forms are accepted by the Registrar's Office. There are some classes that do not follow the refund schedule for the term as they either do not meet for the entire term or meet for only a few sessions. Those refund schedules are listed below the current academic year.

Some classes may not follow the semester refund schedule, such as many graduate classes, internships, directed studies, and classes that only meet a few times during the semester. See the session refund dates listed below each term.
