Overview

Human performance and wellness (HPW) courses provide unique opportunities to challenge and maximize the potential of the human mind, body, and spirit. We offer activity-based courses and classes that venture outdoors and take advantage of world-class recreational opportunities minutes from campus.

Who It's For

Most HPW classes are one or two credits, which makes them ideal for students who want to add an activity-based class in to their schedule while still carrying a full load.
