Description:

Program Description: The City of New York Summer Internship offers a 10 to 13 week paid work experience in New York Citys municipal government. Interns are given work assignments at various departments and also attend regular City Hall seminars. Application Procedures and Deadline: There is no centralized application or selection procedure. All application and selection procedures are managed by the offices sponsoring particular internships. Prospective applicants should consult the Summer Internship Guide for individual internship descriptions and application procedures online.

Eligibility Requirements: Undergraduate applicants must be enrolled in a college or university. Graduate applicants must be enrolled in, or accepted to, a graduate program.
