GF Squared, LLC
Owner: Angelina Sutcliffe
Contact Info:

Social Media:
Year Launched: 2009
Business Description: GF Squared (Good Food, Gluten Free) is a state approved Cottage Kitchen. We bake fresh gluten free breads, sweet breads, and treats each week and deliver to local retail outlets. We also participate in 2 summer Farmer's Markets June-October.  We strive to provide high quality, delicious gluten free goods to consumers who need a gluten free diet. We use whole ingredients, local when available, and make a wide variety of products on a small-batch scale.
Future Growth Plans: We have seen amazing growth last year and hope to continue growing, although at a slower pace, this year. For the next several years, I wish to remain home-based for family reasons. Although this limits me to in-state sales, I know in the long run it will be better to grow slowly and smartly. This will allow me to maintain my stronghold in a very competitive gluten free market. I can do this by not compromising on the quality my customers have come to expect.
Graduated GE Program in: 2011
Testimonial: The GE Banking on Women program came at a critical time in my business. I had seen enormous competition in the local markets from companies who were willing and able to throw lots of money at their products, but who didn't necessarily deliver on quality. The program helped me realize the value of my company, and to develop ways to further enhance the sales and marketing end of my business. I also think it was invaluable meeting other women business owners who faced similar challenges. I have remained close with my class members, and I think we will continue to call on each other in the future for support, encouragement, and ideas.
