Background Checks

Evidence of a clean background is a requirement for applying to the MSNA program. 

State background checks may be obtained through the website at www.bci.utah.gov for $10. You may also apply at BCI in person at 3888 W. 5400 S., West Valley City, Utah, (801) 965-4860. At BCI you may obtain additional sets of your fingerprints to be mailed with your FBI background check application. 

Federal background checks may also be obtained through the website www.fbi.gov for $18.
