Mission Statement

The Westminster College School of Education programs take a practical, multifaceted, student centered approach to prepare all of our students for their future in education. Professionalism in diverse school and community contexts is modeled and practiced through coursework and field experience. All graduate and undergraduate students create a portfolio focused on self-reflection to document growth towards their program goals.

The Teacher Education Programs at Westminster College are accredited by the Teacher Education Accreditation Council. Westminster College is accredited by the Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges.
