First of all...it's a bummer we won't get to see you this summer. We understand that occasionally folks have a change of plans or other priorities materialize. However, I hope you'll understand it's very difficult to run a successful program with last minute changes and some costs may be incurred that we'd prefer not to encure. Our policies are established in the best interest of being successful at running a camp while trying to accommodate last minute changes in your situation. You can choose between:
